I started off as an accountant in a furniture manufacturing enterprise, after which the entrepreneurial bug took hold and I bought into a partnership in a demolition company. That was an interesting eight years during which one came to really appreciate the challenges and rewards involved in running a business. During this period I started helping small entrepreneurs in my spare time with their bookkeeping. This side gig led to me opening my own accounting practice in 2012. We have been blessed with growth in each of the years since then, whereby at any one time we have up to five fellow accountants working for us.
